Motor Vehicles For The Transport Of Fewer Than 10 Persons – Cars 8+1 Seats. The Contracting Authority Intends To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Public Procurement Of Products With The Object Of Supplying 8+1-Seater Vehicles In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Provided In The Specifications, Intended For Equipping The Structures Of The Romanian Border Police. The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Single Economic Operator, Based On Which Subsequent Contracts Will Be Awarded, Depending On The Needs Identified And The Budget Funds Approved For This Purpose. During The Framework Agreement, The General Inspectorate Of The Border Police And Associated Contracting Authorities Will Be Able To Conclude Subsequent Contracts, Within The Limits Of The Quantities Provided For In The Framework Agreement And Depending On The Approved Budget Funds. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 24 Months From The Date Of Its Signing By The Last Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Specification And Its Annexes. The Term Of Delivery Of The Products Is 180 Days From The Date Of Signing The Subsequent Contract By The Last Party. The Estimated Quantity That Will Be The Subject Of The Framework Agreement: - Minimum 30 Cpl. And Maximum 60 Cpl. The Value Of The Largest Subsequent Contract Will Be 5,785,215.00 Lei Without Vat.
