Television Services – Concession Serving As A Temporary Occupation Authorization Agreement For The Public Domain For The Provision Of Television Subscriptions, Telephone, Internet Access And Associated Services For Patients And Residents Of Ght Nord Comté. The Ght Nord Franche Comté Is Made Up Of The Nord Franche Comté Hospital (Hnfc) And Its Annexes As The Supporting Establishment And The Chsld Le Chênois As A Part Establishment. The Consultation Concerns All Ght Nord Franche Comté Sites And The Provisions Of The Specifications. The Duration Of The Agreement Is 8 Firm Years From The Date Of Start Of Operation By The Service Provider. This Is A Service Concession Contract, As Defined In Articles L.1121-1 And L. 1121-3 Of The Public Procurement Code. In Accordance With Article L. 3132-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, When The Concession Contract Involves Occupation Of The Public Domain, It Constitutes Authorization To Occupy This Domain For Its Duration
