(2) Projects Are All Measures That Are Suitable For Protecting Nature, Water Or The Climate, Contributing To Adaptation To The Effects Of Climate Change Or Protecting Areas From Storm Surge And Flood Risks. (3) For The Acquisition Of Land In One Or More Projects, The Respective State Authority Issues The Contractor A Specific Agency Order As An Individual Order In Accordance With This Framework Agreement, In Which The Target Setting, Priority Search Areas And Priorities For The Respective Project Are Specified.
