The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Supply A High-Rise Nacelle For The Benefit Of The Grand Maritime Port Of Guyana And Associated Services According To The Following Descriptions: • To Provide A Self-Propelled Nacelle With A High-Rise Telescopic Boom On Wheels With A Thermal Engine; • To Deliver This Nacelle To The Roll-On/Roll-Off Container Terminal Of The Grand Port Maritime In French Guiana; • To Ensure Commissioning Tests, Training In The Use And Handling Of The Nacelle For User Personnel; • To Provide A Solid Technical Guarantee On The Nacelle; • To Deliver With The Nacelle, A Batch Of Spare Parts And Consumables In Order To Constitute A Minimum Stock Of Parts And Allow The Project Owner To Ensure Rapid Restarting Of The Machine By Using Parts/Consumables Taken From This Buffer Stock; • To Propose A 4-Year Maintenance Contract For The Machine In Order To Guarantee Its Proper Functioning, Safety And Lifespan.
