The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Management (Recovery Or Disposal) Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Residential Real Estate, Including Mixed Real Estate (I.E. Real Estate Which Is Partly Real Estate Where Residents Live And Partly Real Estate Where Residents Do Not Live And Municipal Waste Is Generated) And Real Estate Where There Are Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Part Of The Year For Purposes Recreation And Relaxation, Located In The Krzęcin Commune. 2. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Providing A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok) For The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Property Owners Located In The Krzęcin Commune, Which Will Be Located At A Distance Of No More Than 60 Km From The Krzęcin Commune Office; 2) Equipping Real Estate Inhabited In Single-Family And Farm Buildings, Mixed Real Estate In Single-Family Buildings And Real Estate With Summer Houses And Other Real Estate Used For Recreational Purposes With Bags For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste; 3) Equipping Real Estate Inhabited In Multi-Family Buildings And Mixed Real Estate In Multi-Family Buildings With Containers For The Selective Collection Of Municipal Waste; 4) Equipping The Ordering Party With Containers For Expired Medicines And Medicine Packaging As Well As Used Batteries And Accumulators; 5) Organizing Mobile Collection Of Bulky Waste Twice A Year; 6) Organizing A Twice-Yearly Collection Of Used Electrical And Electronic Equipment; 7) Organizing A Traveling Textile Collection Once A Year; 8) Maintaining Reporting And Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Order.
