Work Detail
Refuse Incineration Services – Public Tender Regarding The Reception And Treatment Of Waste Suitable For Incineration For Vejen Municipality. Vejen Municipality - Hereinafter The Ordering Party - Offers Its Need For Receiving And Processing Waste Suitable For Incineration. This Tender Concerns The Reception And Treatment Of Waste Suitable For Combustion From Households And Businesses Located In Vejen Municipality To An Environmentally Approved Reception Facility. The Waste Suitable For Incineration Is Divided Into Residual Waste From Citizens In Vejen Municipality, Small And Divided Combustible Waste From The Municipalitys Recycling Sites And Any From Companies Located In Vejen Municipality. The Estimated Quantity For The Waste Is Estimated At Approx. 7,000 Tonnes Of Waste Suitable For Combustion Per Year. In 2025, The Amounts Were Distributed As Follows: • Residual Waste From Households 4393 Tonnes • Small Combustibles From Recycling Sites 1675 Tonnes • Large Broken Down Combustibles From Recycling Sites 932 Tonnes There May Be Seasonal Fluctuations In The Amount Of Waste. The Specified Quantities And The Percentage Distribution Are Therefore Indicative And Are Based On Historical Figures, Which Is Why They Cannot Be Taken As An Expression Of A Guaranteed Future Turnover. Transport Of Waste Suitable For Incineration And The Breakdown Of Large Combustibles Are Not Included In This Tender, As These Services Are Offered Separately. The Maximum Quantity Of The Framework Agreement Is +20% For Waste Suitable For Incineration. The Tender Is Not Divided Into Partial Contracts. The Framework Agreement Is Offered As One Overall Agreement For The Entire Service Described. The Reason For This Is That The Task Constitutes A Comprehensive And Uniform Service, Which Is Best Handled In A Comprehensive Agreement. A Division Of The Framework Agreement Is Estimated To Result In A Loss Of Economies Of Scale, Increased Contract Administration And Higher Costs For The Ordering Party. At The Same Time, It Is Estimated That The Market Can Deliver The Full Service All At Once, And That A Division Will Not Increase Competition Or Quality. This Lack Of Division Is In Accordance With Section 49, Subsection Of The Public Procurement Act. 2, As The Ordering Party Has Hereby Justified Why The Framework Agreement Is Not Divided.
