The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is The Performance Of Public Services In The Transport Of Passengers In Public Rail Passenger Transport For The Purpose Of Ensuring Traffic Service Within The Operating Group Ještědská Železnice Ii In Part Of The Territory Of The Liberec Region With Overlaps Into Neighboring Regions, In Accordance With Act No. 129/2000 Coll., On Regions, As Amended, And § 2 Zvs. The Subject Of The Public Contract Will Be Fulfilled On The Basis Of A Contract Concluded By The Contracting Authority With The Supplier Who Submits The Most Economically Advantageous Offer. The Contract Will Be Concluded As A So-Called Gross Contract, Where Opportunities And Risks Associated With The Time Development Of The Revenue Amount Will Be Fully Borne By The Client. The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is Specified In More Detail In The Binding Draft Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 Of The Tender Documentation).
