The Supplier Of The Waste Type Is Bir Nyverdi As At Its 13 Environmental Stations (Including Stations In Bir Voss And Hardanger.) The Scope Of The Service Consists Of Receiving And Final Processing Services. The Scope Of The Delivery Will Be Approx. 400 Tonnes Per Annum. Normally The Waste Is Burned At The Contracting Authority At The Incineration Plant In Rådalen. During Two Annual Audits, From April/May And August/September Respectively, It Is Necessary To Have Access To Another Delivery Channel. The Scope Of The Delivery Therefore Includes Volume That Cannot Be Processed Or Stored Itself During Ongoing Audits At The Incineration Plant. As An Exception, There May Be A Need To Use The Service Beyond The Audit Periods, But Then In Close Dialogue Between The Contracting Authority And The Contracting Authority. The Terms In This Agreement Will Apply Unless Otherwise Agreed. The Framework In The Tender Will Then Be Increased Equivalently.
