The Services Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Include (Non-Exhaustive): - Carrying Out Feasibility Studies And Research Related To Infrastructure Projects And Mobility; - The Study And Design For Infrastructure Projects In The Broadest Sense, Including, If Necessary, Replacement Of Existing Sewerage With A Separate System; - The Design And Study Of Structures (Bridges And Tunnels); - Carrying Out Traffic Studies; - The Preparation Of The Starting Note, Project Note And Evaluation Note; - Carrying Out Topographical Measurements; - Drawing Up Corresponding Expropriation Plans; - Drafting Project Eia / ; - Carrying Out All Kinds Of Nature Surveys (Appropriate Assessment, General Nature Test, Stricter Nature Test, Tree Test, Etc.); - Preparation Of Soil (Water) Surveys And Drainage Studies; - Preparation Of Environmental Permit Application File; - Coordinating And Monitoring The (Possible) Works Of Utility Companies In Accordance With The Role Of “Designer” As Described In The “Practical Guideline For Works In The Vicinity Of Utility Infrastructure On The Public Domain In Flanders”); - Developing Detailed Tender Documents (Plans, Specifications, Measurements And Detailed Estimates); - Assistance In Supervising The Execution Of The Works; - Quality Assurance Throughout The Entire Study Assignment; - Delivering Performance Around Bim - Construction Information Management; - Delivering Performance Around Communication And Participation; - Using All Kinds Of Profiles To Provide The Above Services
