The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Determination Of A Design Contractor (Preparation Of A Technical Project And A Pup Project) And Construction Of A Site: Construction Of The South-East And South-West Bypass Of The Town Of Haskovo - From The Road Junction Uzundzhovo At The Intersection With Road I-8 Haskovo - Svilengrad (Including) To The New Road Junction Bolarovo At The Intersection With Road Iii-806 Haskovo - In This Sense, The Purpose Of The Public Procurement Is For The Road Infrastructure Agency To Commission The Preparation Of An Up-To-Date, Complete And Coordinated Technical Project And Project Of The Pup, As Well As The Construction Of A Southern Bypass Of The Town Of Haskovo, Consisting Of The Following Sections - South-Eastern And South-Western Bypass Of The Town Of Haskovo, United In One Site And Developed Along The Route Of The Option Chosen By The Expert Technical And Economic Council Of Api At The Conceptual Project Stage. The Site Should Be Implemented And Put Into Operation As A Single, Complete Facility, Which Starts From The Road Junction Uzundjovo At The Intersection With The Road I-8 Haskovo - Svilengrad (Including), Passing Through A New Road Junction Haskovo, Planned For The Construction Of The Exit Of The Town Of Haskovo In The South Direction At The Intersection Of The Bypass Road With The Road I-5 Dimitrovgrad - Haskovo - Kardzhali And End At The New Boliarovo Road Intersection At The Intersection With Road Iii-806 Haskovo - Mineralni Bani (Including).
