The Total Scope Of Services Is Expected To Be Approximately 14.3 Million Train Kilometers Per Full Timetable Year (Basic Offer), Plus Optional Services Totaling Approximately 2.9 Million Train Kilometers And A Corridor For Service Changes Of +/- 25% Of The Basic Offer At Marginal Costs. The Transport Contract Is Expected To Be Awarded As A Gross Contract With A Qualitative Incentive System For 15 Years And Is Expected To End On December 12, 2049. For Particularly Exceptional Cases, The Transport Contract Will Probably Provide For A Special Regulation After Ten Contract Years Have Expired. The Client Will Provide The Ru With Part Of The Vehicle Fleet Required For Operation.
