Public Transport Services By Railways – S-Bahn Stuttgart. The Subject Of The Tender Is Transport Services On The Stuttgart S-Bahn Routes And Two Regional Railways (Rb64 Teckbahn And Rb11 Schusterbahn). The Total Scope Of Services Is Expected To Be Approximately 14.3 Million Train Kilometers Per Full Timetable Year (Basic Offer), Plus Optional Services Totaling Approximately 2.9 Million Train Kilometers And A Corridor For Service Changes Of +/- 25% Of The Basic Offer At Marginal Costs. Operations Are Expected To Begin On December 10, 2034. The Stuttgart S-Bahn Is Expected To Include The Following Lines: - S1 Kirchheim (Teck) / Nürtingen - Wendlingen - Plochingen - Esslingen - Stuttgart Hbf - Böblingen - Herrenberg (-Horb); - S2 Schorndorf - Waiblingen - Stuttgart Main Station - Stuttgart-Vaihingen (- Airport/Trade Fair); - S3 Backnang - Waiblingen - Stuttgart Main Station - Stuttgart-Vaihingen - Neuhausen A.D.F.; - S4 Backnang - Marbach - Ludwigsburg - Stuttgart Main Station - Stuttgart Schwabstraße; - S5 Bietigheim-Bissingen - Ludwigsburg - Stuttgart Main Station - Stuttgart Schwabstraße - Stuttgart-Vaihingen - Böblingen; - S6/60 Weil Der Stadt / Böblingen - Renningen - Stuttgart-Zuffenhausen - Stuttgart Main Station - Stuttgart Schwabstraße; - S62 Weil Der Stadt - Renningen - Leonberg - Stuttgart-Feuerbach; - Rb11 Stuttgart-Untertürkheim - Kornwestheim; - Rb64 Kirchheim (Teck) - Oberlenningen. The Transport Contract Is Expected To Be Awarded As A Gross Contract With A Qualitative Incentive System For 15 Years And Is Expected To End On December 12, 2049. For Particularly Exceptional Cases, The Transport Contract Will Probably Provide For A Special Regulation After Ten Contract Years Have Expired. The Client Will Provide The Ru With Part Of The Vehicle Fleet Required For Operation. For This Purpose, The Current Operator Of The Stuttgart S-Bahn Is Expected To Provide A Total Of Up To 155 Used Vehicles Of The Et 430 Type, Possibly Including Maintenance And Ensuring The Availability Of The Vehicles; Details Will Be Clarified In The Negotiation Process. It Is Currently Not Known How Many Used Vehicles The Client Will Provide To The Ru. In Addition, It Is Not Yet Clear To What Extent The Ru Will Be Obliged To Provide Maintenance Services For The Used Vehicles Provided By The Client. In Addition, The Ru Will Probably Have To Procure And Maintain The New Vehicles For The Regional Railways (Teckbahn And Schusterbahn). The Responsible Authority Is Currently Considering Purchasing These Vehicles From The Sfbw Or Having Them Provided By Them. In This Case, The Sfbw Will Join This Procurement Process As The Client. The Ru Should Procure The Other Vehicles Required For The Transport Services As New Vehicles And Transfer Them To The Client. The Ru Should Maintain The New Vehicles To Be Procured. In Addition, A Redesign Of The Et 430 Vehicles Provided Is Required During The Contract
