The Subject Of The Concession Is The Provision Of A Health Promotion Program In The Form Of A Company Fitness Offer, Which Gives Employees Access To A Range Of Sports, Fitness And Health Services. Range Of Services: The Range Of Services Includes Access To Stationary, Digital And Supplementary In-House Offers That Meet The Different Needs, Fitness Levels And Living Situations Of Employees. The Minimum Requirement For The Range Of Services Is The Provision Of Stationary Offers, Digital Offers And In-House Offers. Stationary Offers Are Sports, Fitness And/Or Health Services In Which Employees Can Use At Least One Stationary Offer Category In Thuringia. Digital Offers Are Sports, Fitness And/Or Health Services That Can Be Used Regardless Of Location In The Form Of Online Courses, Live Courses, On-Demand Offers And/Or Digital Training Programs That Are Offered In German. In-House Offers Are Sports, Fitness And/Or Health Services That Are Carried Out In Authorities And Facilities In The Free State Of Thuringia. Spatial Coverage: Employees Of The Free State Of Thuringia Must Be Given Access To Stationary Sports, Fitness And Health Offers Throughout The Free State Of Thuringia As Close As Possible To Their Place Of Residence Or Work. The Minimum Requirement For Spatial Coverage Is That At Least One Stationary Network Partner Is Available In Every District And Every Independent City In The Free State Of Thuringia. Provision Of Digital Solutions (App And Online Portal): The Participating Employees As Well As The Responsible Bodies Of The Participating Authorities And Institutions In The Free State Of Thuringia Must Be Enabled To Process The Use And Management Of The Companys Fitness Offering In A Functional And User-Friendly Digital Manner. The Minimum Requirement Is The Provision Of An App For The Participating Employees As Well As A Web-Based Online Portal For Administrative Processing For The Responsible Offices Of The Participating Authorities And Institutions In The Free State Of Thuringia. Reporting: A Data Protection-Compliant And Meaningful Basis Must Be Provided For Evaluating The Use And Acceptance Of The Companys Fitness Offering. The Minimum Requirement Is The Provision Of Anonymized Evaluations Of The Use Of The Companys Fitness Offering In Electronic Form. Cost Neutrality And Pricing: Employees In The Free State Of Thuringia Must Be Given Transparent And Cost-Effective Access To The Companys Fitness Offerings.
