The Services Provided Within The Framework Of This Framework Agreement Are Intended To Enable Île-De-France Mobilités To Quickly Position Itself Regarding The Opportunity To Acquire Land For The Construction Of A New Bus Center. The Expected Services Are Feasibility Studies On Sites Identified By Île-De-France Mobilités Or Communities. This Involves Studying: • The Feasibility Of Implementing The Cob With Regard To The Characteristics Of The Site, Its Environment And Regulatory Constraints (Exhaustive Diagnosis Of The Site And Its Environment (Physical, Human, Natural, Landscape Environment, Regulatory Constraints, Etc.) With A View To Identifying All The Advantages And Disadvantages For Creating A Cob), • The Sizing, Organization And Insertion Of The Cob (Operation/Maintenance/Administration Functions; Storage Capacity; Equipment Refueling; Maintenance Equipment; Green Spaces; Etc.). With The Aim Of Identifying The Best Land Opportunities, The Study Of Several Sites Simultaneously On A Single Network May Be Requested As Part Of The Same Order Form. These Could Either Be Complementary Sites (If Several Depots Are Needed On The Same Network) Or Sites To Be Compared In Order To Choose The Best Option For Cob. In The Latter Case, A Comparative Analysis Between The Various Sites Studied Is Requested In Order To Allow Île-De-France Mobilités To Position Itself On The Choice Of The Site To Be Retained.
