Diesel Oil – Delivery Of Diesel Oil In A Total Quantity Of 4,500 M3 For Mzk Sp. Z O.O. In Opole. The Subject Of This Order Is The Supply Of Diesel Oil In A Total Quantity Of 4,500 M3 For Mzk Sp. Z O.O. In Opole. The Deliveries Include Standard Diesel Oil In An Amount Of Not Less Than 4,000 M3 And Diesel Oil With Improved Low-Temperature Properties In An Amount Of Up To 500 M3, To Power Diesel Engines In Public Transport Buses Meeting Euro V And Euro Vi Exhaust Emission Standards. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Quantity Of Purchased Standard Diesel Oil To The Total Amount In The Event Of A Reduction In The Ordering Partys Demand For Diesel Oil With Improved Low-Temperature Properties. The Total Amount Of Diesel Oil May Be Decreased Or Increased (Type Of Option) During The Duration Of The Contract, In Connection With The Needs Of The Ordering Party In Terms Of Possible Changes In The Operation Of The Communication System (Circumstances Of Using The Option). Quantitative Changes Will Result In A Change In The Gross Value Of The Order, Which Is The Sum Of The Amounts Indicated In § 6 Section 7 And 8 Of The Contract For The Value Resulting From The Option Right, But Not More Than +/- 20% Of The Total Transaction Price (Maximum Value Of The Option). In The Event Of Quantity Changes In Diesel Oil, The Unit Prices Specified In § 6 Section 3 And 6 Of The Contract Will Not Change.
