Cranes, Mobile Lifting Frames And Works Trucks Fitted With A Crane – Framework Agreement For The Rental And Operation Of Cranes For Installing Gangways At The Cruise Terminal In Zeebrugge. Gangways Must Be Placed On Every Cruise Call. The Assignment Consists Of Installing, Moving Or Removing These Gangways (Owned By Poab) With The Correct Material. The Cruise Terminal Gangways Must Be Moved To The Quay With A Forklift Or Truck Depending On The Type Of Gangway. The Telescopic Crane Is Used To Connect And Disconnect The Gangway From The Ship. During The Stay, The Gangways Sometimes Have To Be Moved Depending On The Tide. No Intervention Is Provided From Poab To Supervise The Hoisting Work, The Service Provider Must Provide Sufficient Riggers Depending On. Of The Weather Conditions. The Crane Operator Must Be Dutch-Speaking And Have The Necessary Certificates In Accordance With Belgian Legislation. The Hours Are Daytime, Night, Weekend, Sunday And Public Holidays. The Crane Operator Remains Present On The Quay During The Entire Call.
