The Ulm Chamber Of Crafts Intends To Comprehensively Modernize Its Educational Academy At Köllestraße 55 In 89077 Ulm And Further Develop It For The Future. The Overall Project Includes The Partial Demolition Of Existing Buildings, The Modernization Of Existing Buildings And The Construction Of A New Building. The Aim Is To Create A Modern Educational Location For Vocational Training And Further Education That Meets The Future Requirements Of The Trades In Functional, Design And Economic Terms. The Basis For Further Planning Is The Project Outline From The Architectural Firm Wolf Planning, Heidenheim, Which Was Commissioned To Provide Building Property Planning Services As Part Of A Europe-Wide Procurement Process. The Subject Of This Award Procedure Are The Services Of Outdoor Area Planning In Accordance With Section 39 Hoai 2021. The Outdoor Areas Form An Essential Part Of The Overall Concept And Should Meet Both The Functional Requirements Of The Campus And A High Quality Of Stay And Design. The Development Of A Coherent Open Space Concept Is Particularly Important. This Includes In Particular: • The Functional And Design Integration Of The New Building Into The Existing Building, • The Reorganization Of The Internal Access For Pedestrians, Bicycles, Delivery And Individual Traffic, • The Planning Of Attractive Lounge And Communication Areas, • The Barrier-Free Design Of All Outdoor Facilities, • The Consideration Of Climate-Resilient And Sustainable Open Space Solutions (E.G. Rainwater Management, Unsealing, Greening And Preservation Of Valuable Vegetation Structures), • The Planning And Implementation Of The Measures Under Taking Into Account The Ongoing Operation Of The Educational Academy As Well As A Section-By-Section Implementation. Right From The Start, The Open-Air Facility Planning Must Be Closely Coordinated With The Property Planning And Other Specialist Planning. Interdisciplinary Collaboration Within The Planning Team Is Required. The Commissioning Takes Place In Stages. Service Phases 3 And 4 Are Commissioned First.
