The Object Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Relating To The Preparation Of Archaeological Collections Kept In The Warehouses Of The Walloon Heritage Agency Located In Alleur (Dze) And Mons (Dzo) With A View To Their Removals And Fitting Out Of A New Warehouse Located In Ghlin. Description Of The Services To Be Performed: - Inventory Of Contexts And Photos For Each Case Containing Collections Stored In The Archaeological Warehouses Of Alleur And Mons With A View To Their Removal (Including Encoding In A Database, Ideally That Of The Cce); - Reconditioning Of Collections With Neutral Materials Which Correspond To The Preventive Conservation Standards Defined By The Cce For Their Transport; - Preparation Of Collections For Moves For Integration Of Collections Into The Cce In Partnership With The Operational Areas Of Liège And Hainaut And The Cce Team; - Support For The Team In The Operational Areas Of The Dze And The Dzo As Well As The Cce In The Context Of Moving Collections; - Reflection On The Layout Of The Conservation Spaces Of The Warehouses In The Zones Following Their Move (Types Of Installation, Organization Of The Space, Etc.) Or Rearrangements; - Advice And Support For Preventive Conservation; - Participation In The Rationalization Of Spaces In Warehouses Through A Selective Conservation Process Only In Agreement With The Archaeologist Responsible For The Excavation.
