Possible Pest Species Of Birds, Such As Pigeons, Argentine Parrots Or Kramers Parrots, As Well As Phytosanitary Treatments To Prevent Or Control Pests In Plant Species, Are Excluded From The Scope Of This Contract Due To Their Special Environmental Implications. The Procedures Used Must Be Based On The Principles Of Integrated Pest Control Included In The Une-En 16636:2015 Standard On Pest Management Services. Requirements And Competencies, In Order To Minimize The Risks That Their Presence May Pose For Public Health. If The Focus Persists, The Treatment Must Be Repeated Until It Is Completely Eliminated Or Controlled, At No Charge To The City Council.
