Diesel Oil – Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of Regionalne Zakład Zadrożowania Odpadów Sp. Z O. O.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Diesel Oil To Tanks With A Total Capacity Of 8,400 Liters, According To The Pn-En 590 Standard, In An Estimated Amount Of 276,000 Liters (Depending On Needs, Approximately 23,000 Liters Per Month). 2. The Type Of Diesel Fuel Supplied Must Be Adapted To The Existing Climatic Conditions During The Duration Of The Contract. 3. Under The Contract, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Quantity Of Ordered Diesel Oil, Depending On The Needs Arising From Current Tasks In The Event Of A Reduction In The Fleet Operated. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Informs That The Minimum Quantity Of Diesel Oil Ordered Will Not Be Less Than 130,000 Liters. 4. Additional Technical Conditions: 4.1. Each Delivery Of Diesel Oil Must Have An Appropriate Quality Certificate. In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Supplied Diesel Oil, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Carry Out Quality Tests In Laboratories Of Its Choice. If The Quality Of The Fuel Does Not Meet The Requirements Of The Standards, All Costs Related To Poor Fuel Quality Will Be Borne By The Contractor; 4.2. Together With The First Delivery, The Contractor Should Provide A Data Sheet Of The Offered Product Containing: A) Identification Of The Product And Manufacturer, B) Identification Of Threats (Fire, Toxicological, Ecological, Etc.), C) First Aid (Poisoning, Contamination, Etc.) D) Procedures In The Event Of Fire, E) Procedures In The Event Of Release Into The Environment, F) Exposure Control (Value Of Permissible Concentrations) And Recommended Personal Protection, G) Waste Management. 4.3. Tanker Trucks Used By The Contractor Should Have A Certificate Authorizing The Transport Of Diesel Fuel. 4.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Have An Appropriate Stock Of Diesel Oil In Its Own Warehouses To Ensure Continuity Of Supplies. 4.5. Detailed Orders For The Supply Of Diesel Oil Will Be Placed By E-Mail Or Telephone By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. 4.6. Required Delivery Deadline: Within 24 Hours From The Date Of Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, I.E. Those That Will Guarantee The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Will Ensure That Technical Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Assumed. If The Contractor Intends To Use Equivalent Solutions, He Is Obliged To Indicate These Solutions And Demonstrate Them Using The Means Of Evidence In Question, In Accordance With Art. 106 Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Act, In A Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly State That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
