We Are Looking For One (1) Supplier For A Contract Period Of Four (4) Years. The Framework Agreement Does Not Grant An Exclusive Right To Deliver The Products In Question. The Products Must Meet The Technical Requirements Presented In The Request For Tenders. Estimated Annual Volume: 70,000 Products The Supplier Must Be Able To Offer At Least Two (2) Different Flavors That Meet The Technical Requirements. Leijona Catering Oy Does Not Have A Quantity Purchase Obligation And Products Are Purchased According To Need And Budget. In Addition, The Customer Has The Option To Purchase Small Quantities Outside Of This Contract. The Customer Also Has The Option To Add A Third Product To The Selection. The Product Must Meet The Technical Requirements Stated In The Request For Tender. If The Third Product Is Included In The Selection, Its Maximum Annual Volume Is 30,000 Products. The Additional Product Of The Option Is Not Counted In The Original Annual Volume, But Is An Additional Volume In Addition To The Original Annual Volume, I.E. The Estimated Annual Volume With The Option Is 70,000 – 100,000 Products. The Option Can Be Activated One Year After Signing The Contract At The Earliest.
