The Building Shells Of The Two Apartment Buildings Will Be Designed With New, Rear-Ventilated Facades So That They Meet Todays Energy Requirements. New, Larger Balconies Will Increase Living Comfort. In Addition, A Passenger Lift Will Be Installed In Each Apartment Building. The New Construction Of The Underground Car Park Increases The Convenience Of The Tenants Parking Situation, While Taking Into Account The Future Needs Of E-Mobility. In This Submission, Sva Zurich Is Looking For A Service Provider Who Will Renovate The Existing Two Apartment Buildings According To The Clients Specifications And The Current State Of The Art, As Well As Build A New Underground Car Park.
