Disposal of Official Vehicles through e-Auction (As Is, Where Is Basis) PARC Agrotech Company (Private) Limited (PATCO) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the disposal of official vehicles through Open e-Auction on an As Is, Where Is basis via ePADS. The auction will be conducted in accordance with the Disposal of Public Assets Regulations, 2024. Interested bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), possess active NTN/Sales Tax registration (where applicable), and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). The bidder submitting the highest responsive bid through the ePADS platform at the close of the auction shall be declared the successful bidder, subject to fulfillment of all terms and conditions.
