Earnest Money: 10% of the bid amount is required to be submitted alongwith bid in the shape of Cash/CDR in favor of Sr. Accounts Officer, P.O Box No. 110, Abbottabad, otherwise bid will not be entertained. The same will be refundable to unsuccessful bidders. If the successful bidder(s) fails to complete the contractual obligations, the earnest money will be forfeited. ii. Collection: Buyer must collect items from the site at their own expense within seven (07) days of award. v. Right Reserved: Seller reserved the right to accept/reject any bid(s) at any stage without assigning any reason. vi. Successful Bidder: Should submit 25% of bid value on the spot. Inspection and Submission: Items are available for inspection at the site (P.O Box No. 110, Mansehra Road, Mandian, Abbottabad) before the bid submission from 0900 Hrs to 1400 hrs (except Friday & Sunday). Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs and successful bidder(s) will be informed thereof.
