The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Implemented In The Design And Build System, On Dk35 In The Area Of Zamenhofa, Esperantistyczny And Szarech Szeregów Streets And Consists Of Two Parts: A) Development Of Design Documentation (Technical Design), In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended), B) Execution Of Construction Works Based On Developed Design Documentation (Technical Design), In The Locations Indicated And Specified In Detail In Points 1.1, 1.2. Pfu Functional And Utility Program - Annex No. 10 To Swz. 5.3 Scope Of The Order1. The Scope Of The Order Includes 10 Separate Tasks, The Implementation Of Which Is Described In The Ffu - Annex No. 10 To The Swz: 1.1 Design Works Described In Detail In Point 2.1 Of The Ffu - Annex No. 10 To The Swz, Including: Development Of Design Documentation In The Form Of A Technical Design Including Separate Studies For Each Location Of The Rebuilt Crossing, Including: Pzt On The Map For Advisory Purposes, Technical Description Of The Project,  Single-Line Diagram Of The Lamp Power Supply,  Photometric Calculations,  Data Sheets Of Fixtures And Poles,  Approval Of The Project At The Świdnica City Hall.  Approval Of The Project By Gddkia1.2. Construction Works Are Specified In Detail In Point 2.2 Of The Ffu - Annex No. 10 To Swz And Performed On The Basis Of The Developed Design Documentation (Technical Design), Including, Among Others: Including: Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings On Dedicated Supporting Structures, Construction Of Lighting For Pedestrian Crossings On Supporting Structures Shared With Pedestrian Traffic Signals, Construction, Replacement Of Damaged And Reconstruction Of: Curbs, Concrete Paving Stone Surfaces In Pedestrian Waiting Zones, Near Pedestrian Crossings, Filling Of Gaps At New Curbs, Laying Tiles On Both Sides For Visually Impaired And Blind People Within Pedestrian Crossings, Along With Works Accompanying The Execution Of The Above-Mentioned Works At Pedestrian Crossings, Changing The Location Of One Pedestrian Crossing, Including: Changing Thin-Layer Vertical And Horizontal Markings, Removing Horizontal Markings From The Existing Crossing Area.
