The Subject Of The Order Is The Repair Of Roofing Felt Covering Along With Thermal Modernization And Strengthening Of Part Of The Roof Structure Of A Residential And Commercial Building In Nakło Śląskie At Ul. Główna 52.2. The Order Includes Demolition And Construction Works. 1) Demolition Works: • Demolition Of The Existing Roofing Felt, • Demolition Of The Lightning Protection System, • Demolition Of Existing Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters. 2) Construction Works: • Construction Of New Chimney Sweep Routes By Using Benches And Steps, Installation Of A Ladder, • Replacement Of The Entrance Hatch To The Roof With A System Hatch, • Construction Of A New Lightning Protection Installation Along The Existing Route, • Insulating One Part Of The Roof By Using Styrofoam. 15 Cm, • Insulating The Remaining Roof Slopes Between The Rafters With 15 Cm Thick Mineral Wool, • Installing A New Cover With Burgundy Thermal Weldable Felt, • Installing New Flashings, Gutters And Snow Fences In Brown (Ral 8017), • Insulating With Mineral Wool, Thickness 15 Cm In The Attic Of The Building Between The Rafters, • Replacement Of The Formwork Due To The Poor Technical Condition And Structural Elements, • Maintenance Of The Roof Truss With A Fungicide • Replacement Of The Window Above The Roof With A White Pvc Window. The Subject Of The Order Does Not Include The Construction Of New Chimney Flues Or Installation Of New Lighting In The Hall. Due To The Fact That The Building Is A Residential And Commercial Building, Construction Works Should Be Carried Out With The Least Possible Inconvenience To The Tenants And Users Of The Building. The Order Of Execution Of The Works Should Be Agreed And Carried Out Under The Supervision Of An Authorized Construction Manager In Accordance With Construction Practice And Technological Principles. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 And Its Implementing Regulations And Other Generally Applicable Legal Provisions, Including In Particular Certificates, Approvals, Approvals, Certificates For The Materials And Products Used.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Materials And Raw Materials. The Materials And Raw Materials Used Should Have Declarations Of Performance And Approval For Use In Construction In European Union Countries.
