The Ordering Party Informs That The Task Titled: Construction And Modernization Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land In Zarzecze, Register No. 160, 161 Is Co-Financed From The Agricultural Land Protection Fund From The Granted Subsidy From Funds Related To The Exclusion Of Agricultural Land From Production, The Budget Of The Marshals Office Of The Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Ordering Party Envisages The Possibility Of Invalidating The Contract Award Procedure Under Article 310 Of The Public Procurement Law If Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Will Not Be Awarded To It.1. The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is: Construction And Modernization Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land In Zarzecze, Register No. 160, 161.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Performance Of One Task In Accordance With Stwior And The Attached Technical Documentation. The Task Includes, Among Others: Execution Of Preparatory Works, Substructures, Finishing Works And Preparation Of An As-Built Inventory (Road At Km 0+000 - 0+560 - Section 1 And Road At Km 0+000 - 0+740 - Section 2). The Plots Of The Investment Area Are Existing Internal Municipal Roads Providing Access To Nearby Fields And Meadows. In Their Existing Condition, The Roads Have A Soil And Crushed Stone Surface And Are In Poor Technical Condition. Basic Parameters Of The Road That Will Need To Be Constructed: • Width 2.3 M With Local Widenings Up To 3.5 M, • Total Length Of Sections 1,300.0 M, • Substructure: Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate Of 0-63 Gr. 20 Cm, • Surface: Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Natural Aggregate, Fraction 0-31.5 Gr. 5 Cm, • Required Mechanical Troughing Along With Profiling And Compaction Of The Substrate With A Trough Depth Of 25 Cm.1) All Works Should Be Performed In Compliance With The Provisions Of Opinions, Decisions, Conditions, Etc. Obtained As Part Of The Preparation Of Design Documentation, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of This Documentation.2) In The Event Of Damage To Any Of The Above-Mentioned Networks Or As A Result Of The Consequences Of Carrying Out The Works In Question, The Contractor Will Bear Any Resulting Costs.3) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare As-Built Documentation For The Ordering Party.3.
