The Subject Of The Order Includes The Task Titled: Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road In The Town Of Biezdrowo-Osady. The Investment Includes The Reconstruction Of A Municipal Road With A Length Of Approx. 2,950 Meters. The Reconstruction Of The Road Will Consist In, Among Others: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Road Surface And Construction Of A New Bituminous Road Surface (5.50 M Wide), 2) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles With A Bituminous Surface 2.75 M Wide (Minimum Width In Difficult Conditions 2.5 M) And A Safety Belt 0.25 M Wide, 3) Reconstruction Of Existing Exits And Construction Of New Ones (Most Of The Exits Are Planned To Be Constructed With A Bituminous Surface, Four Exits Have Been Designed With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones), 4) Construction Of Roadsides On The Right Side Of The Road With A Surface Made Of Concrete Paving Stones, 0.8 M Wide, 5) Construction Of A Fragment Of The Sidewalk Connecting The Existing Sidewalk Located On The District Road With The Designed Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles, 6) Erection Of A Retaining Wall Made Of Ready-Made Elements On The Indicated Sections On The Left Side Of The Road, Behind The Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles Prefabricated Structures,7) Construction Of Storm Sewage Systems,8) Reconstruction And Protection Of The Power Grid,9) Lighting Of Pedestrian Crossings,10) Protection And Reconstruction Of Telecommunications Infrastructure,11) Reconstruction Of The Medium-Pressure Gas Pipeline And Switching Of Gas Connections,12) Vertical And Horizontal Markings And The Installation Of Road Traffic Safety Devices,13) Construction Of Topsoil And Lawn Surfaces, Felling And Planting Trees. The Contractor Is Also Responsible For: A) Development And Implementation Of The Project Temporary Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Construction, B) Obtaining A Permit To Carry Out Works In The Road Lane Of A Provincial Road And Related Fees, C) Paying Any Fees For Occupying A Road Lane On A County Road, D) Preparing An Ornithological Opinion For Tree Felling And Related Costs, E) Archaeological Supervision And Carrying Out Preliminary Excavation Research (All Archaeological Research Must Obtain A Permit From The Wielkopolska Provincial Conservator Monuments).The Ordering Party Informs That It Is In The Process Of Obtaining An Update Of The Decision To Cut Down Trees. The Ordering Party Is Responsible For Ensuring Investor Supervision. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Order Documents, I.E., Among Others: Bills Of Quantities, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Design Documentation, Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Decisions, Permits, Opinions And Arrangements, And The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.
