The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of: A) A Sonic Graduation Tower With Accompanying Works On Plot No. 334, District 0031 As Part Of The Salt Garden - Health And Tranquility Zone Project In The Morelowa Housing Estate, B) A Sonic Graduation Tower With Accompanying Works On Plot No. 85/4, District 0026 As Part Of The Salt Garden - Health And Tranquility Zone Project In The Housing Estate Piastowski.2. The Scope At Each Of The Two Locations Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery And Installation Of A Brine (Sonic) Graduation Tower - Compact Model, 2) Permanent Anchoring Of The Device In The Ground, 3) Installation Of Technological Devices Necessary To Produce The Brine Aerosol, 4) Construction Of A Mineral-Resin Surface Within The Square For The Graduation Tower, Without Edges Enclosing The Space, 5) Development Of The Area In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Facility, Including Surfaces, Greenery And Benches, 6) Preparation Of A Utility Area Enabling Safe And Comfortable Use Of The Facility By People With Varying Abilities.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz.4. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.6 To The Swz. 5. Annex No. I.6 To The Swz Also Includes Bills Of Quantities. The Ordering Party Informs That The Above-Mentioned Bills Of Quantities Are Only An Auxiliary Document - The Quantities Given In The Bill Of Quantities Are Not The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Contractor, But Are Only Intended To Determine The Technology Of Performing The Works. In Order To Make A Full Valuation Of The Works, Each Contractor Is Obliged To Read The Design Documentation, Stwior And The Provisions Of This Swz Before Submitting An Offer.6. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including A Warranty Period For Green Areas Not Covered By Decisions Issued By Relevant Institutions, Together With Maintenance For A Period Of 12 Months, And Warranty For Defects For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period.
