Tenders Are Invited For Providing Services In The Field Of Transport Of Students And Preschool Children Residing In The Przeworno Commune To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Przeworno And Their Return In The School Year 2026/2027

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Comprehensive Service Consisting In Transporting Primary School Students And Pre-School Children Residing In The Przeworno Commune, Together With Guardians Provided By The Ordering Party, From Designated Stops Or Collection Points To The School And Kindergarten Complex In Przeworno And Transporting Them From The School And Kindergarten Complex In Przeworno To Designated Stops Or Collection Points During The School Year 2026/2027.2. The Transport Will Be Performed As Part Of Closed Transport, Intended Only For Primary School Students, Pre-School Children And Guardians Provided By The Ordering Party, Excluding The Transport Of Other Passengers.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Safe Transport Conditions For Students And Preschool Children, In Particular By Using Technically Efficient Buses, Safely Stopping Vehicles In Designated Places And Enabling Passengers To Safely Get On And Off The Bus. In This Respect, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With Guardians Provided By The Ordering Party.4. The Ordering Party Will Ensure The Presence Of One Guardian In Each Bus Performing The Transport. The Contractors Obligations Do Not Include Providing Care For Students And Kindergarten Children During Transport.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Using Four Buses At Its Disposal, Including: - Two Buses With At Least 32 Seats For Transported Students And Children And Additionally One Seat For The Driver And One Seat For The Guardian - Hereinafter: 32+1+1 Bus; - Two Buses With At Least 52 Seats For Transported Students And Children And Additionally One Seat For The Driver And One Seat For The Guardian - Hereinafter: Bus 52+1+1.6. Each Transported Student, Child And Guardian Must Be Provided With A Separate Seat. It Is Unacceptable To Transport Passengers In Standing Positions Or In Numbers Exceeding The Number Of Seats Specified In The Vehicle Documents.7. Buses Used To Complete The Order Must: - Be Admitted To Traffic And Have Up-To-Date Technical Inspections; - Be Technically Efficient, Aesthetic, Clean And Maintained In Proper Sanitary Condition; - Have Equipment Required By Applicable Regulations; - Have Valid Insurance Required By Law; - Ensure Safe Boarding, Disembarkation And Transport Of Students, Children And Guardians; - Be Marked In Accordance With The Regulations Regarding The Transport Of Children And Teenagers; - Have Efficient Heating And Air Conditioning.8. During Periods Of Low Temperatures, Buses Must Be Heated. Entrance Steps, Floors And Walkways In Buses Must Not Be Icy Or Slippery, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Regularly Remove Snow, Ice, Water And Other Contaminants That May Pose A Threat To Passengers.9. During Periods Of High Temperatures, Buses Must Be Air-Conditioned, And The Air-Conditioning Devices Must Be Operational And Used In A Way That Ensures Appropriate Transport Conditions.10. The Transport Of Students And Pre-School Children Will Take Place In Accordan
