3.1 Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of A Condensing Gas Boiler Along With Associated Works In The Building At Ul. Paderewskiego 203.2Swz. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of A Single-Function Gas Condensing Boiler For The Municipal Building Authority In Kielce At Ul. Paderewskiego 20. The Scope Of Work Includes Comprehensive Execution Of Installation And Construction Works Necessary To Replace The Existing Boiler With A New One, In Particular: 1) Dismantling The Existing Gas Boiler, 2) Delivery, Assembly And Installation Of A New Gas Boiler Along With Replacing The Accessories With A New One, 3) Adapting The Existing Sanitary And Electrical Installations To The New Boiler, 4) Adapting The Existing Automation To The New Boiler, 5) Adapting The Existing Chimney System To The New Boiler, 6) Carrying Out Construction Works Necessary To Dismantle The Old Boiler And Install A New Boiler, 7) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation, 8) Submitting A Complete Application To The Office Of Technical Inspection In Order To Obtain A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Installed Devices, 9) Obtaining A Decision Authorizing The Operation Of The Installed Devices Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The On-Site Visit, The Contractor Will Assess The Existing Technical And Organizational Conditions For The Performance Of All Necessary Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order. Should Be Dismantled Together With Unnecessary Installation Accessories And Placed In A Place Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Indicate The Elements Intended For Disposal By The Contractor. New Single-Function Gas Boiler, Adapted To Power The Central Heating Circuit. It Will Be Installed In Place Of The Old One And Will Be Connected To Existing Installations And Automation (If They Are Suitable For The Selected Gas Boiler). The Exhaust Gas Discharge System Should Be Adapted To The Existing Chimney System In Order To Properly Remove Exhaust Gases And A Water Treatment Plant Should Be Installed (If Necessary). Assembly Solutions Should Be Agreed On An Ongoing Basis With The Ordering Party.
