The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Commune Office Building In Czerwin At Plac Tysiąclecia 1, Including Thermal Modernization Of The Facility Along With Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A. Insulation Of The Buildings External Partitions, Including External Walls, Ceiling (Including Plasterboard Construction Over The Unused Part Of The Attic) And Roof, B. Replacement Of Window Joinery, C. Replacement Of Balcony Doors, D. Replacement Of External Doors, E. Modernization Of Hot Water Installations By Replacing Electric Water Heaters (In Existing Locations), F. Modernization Of The Heating System By Replacing Radiators (In Existing Locations), G. Execution Of Facade Works Together With Finishing Elements, H. Replacement Of Roofing Along With Sheet Metal Work And Gutters, I. Performance Of Necessary Construction Works And Installation Of Roof Protection Elements, J. Execution Of Works Related To The Development Of The Area, Including: The Terrace And Its Roof, Ramps, Stairs And Balustrades (Excluding External Lighting - Lanterns); K. Performing All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Task.
