Scope Of Investment: A) Construction Of Door Openings, B) Enlargement Of Door Joinery (Installation Of Gates), C) Construction Of A New Floor With Substructure, D) Strengthening Of Walls And Foundations, Insulation Of Walls, E) Strengthening Of Column Structures, F) Strengthening Of Roof Structure With Replacement Of Roof Covering, G) Adapting The Building To Fire Protection Conditions. All Works Should Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation And Permit Decision For Construction, Stwiorb, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Temporary Works Include: - Securing The Area And Preparing It For Carrying Out The Above-Mentioned Works - Marking And Securing Dangerous Places - Setting Up Scaffolding, Constructing Working Platforms And Protective Barriers - Dismantling The Scaffolding Due To The Direct Proximity Of The Existing Wall To The Utility And Warehouse Building Subject To Reconstruction, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Construction Works With Particular Caution And To Apply All Necessary Safeguards In Order To Protect The Wall Against Damage, Displacement Or Violation Of Its Stability. In The Event Of Damage, Disruption Or Destruction Of The Wall During The Execution Of Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Immediately Perform All Repair, Reconstruction Or Reconstruction Works On The Wall At His Own Expense And Risk, In A Way That Ensures Restoration Of Its Original Condition.
