The Scope Of Works Includes:• Preparatory Works• Earthworks• Maintenance Cutting - Pruning Of Bushes• Demolition Works• Vertical Adjustment Of Devices• Curbs And Edges• Curb Gutter• Sidewalks• Granite Block Entrances• Finishing Works• As-Built Inventory Detailed Scope Of Works Design Documentation. If Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Such Indication Should Be Understood To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Materials And/Or Solutions Provided That The Technical, Quality And Operational Parameters Are Not Worse Than Those Indicated In The Documentation And Do Not Lead To A Change In Technology. The Names Indicated In The Documentation Should Be Treated As Examples. When Describing The Subject Of The Order By Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contracting Authority May Not Reject A Tender Solely Because The Works, Supplies Or Services Offered Do Not Comply With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems To Which The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Refers, Provided That The Contractor Proves That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. The Contractor, At His Own Expense, Will Prepare, Agree And Approve The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Ensures Temporary Marking, Its Maintenance And Dismantling.
