I. Description Of The Subject Of The Order:1. The Subject Of The Order Is Reconstruction Of The District Road No. 1320 R Cieszyna - Kamienica Górna At Km 2+065-2+640, At Km 3+470 - 3+765, At Km 5+880 - 10+628 Along With The Reconstruction Of The Bridge At Km 8+903 In The Design And Build Formula. This Order Includes The Following Activities: 1) Preparation Of Design Documentation Based On The Functional And Utility Program, To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task, And Obtaining All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Authorizing The Commencement And Implementation Of Construction Works, 2) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Execution Of The Task On The Basis Of The Prepared Documentation In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, 3) Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works And Obtaining A Final Decision On The Use Permit And/Or No Objection To Use And/Or Lack Of Objection To Reporting The Completion Of Works (If The Regulations Require It). 4) The Detailed Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Functional And Utility Program Constituting An Annex To Swz.2. In The Proceedings In Question, The Contractors Remuneration Is Paid On The Basis Of The Bid Cost Estimate Submitted With The Offer - It Concerns Elements 1 To 4, Settled In The Form Of A Cost Estimate. 3. The Lump Sum Covers Only The Complete Design And Reconstruction Of The Bridge Structure At Km 8+903, Understood As An Independent Engineering Structure Together With Elements Directly Related To The Structure And Functionality Of The Structure. The Lump Sum Price Includes All Design Works, Industry Arrangements Regarding The Facility, Demolition Of The Existing Facility, Construction/Reconstruction Of The Facility, Equipment, Tests, Tests, As-Built Documentation And Acceptance Of The Facility. 4. Technical Requirements For A Bridge Structure: 1) The Structure Should Be Designed For The Required Load Class For A District Road And The Applicable Standards For The Design Of Bridge Structures; 2) The Size Of The Structure Should Be Assumed Based On Hydrological And Hydraulic Calculations, Conditions 3) The Watercourse Manager And Flood Safety Requirements; 4) The Structure Should Be Durable, Easy To Maintain, Resistant To Environmental Impacts And Enable Effective Drainage; 5) Prefabricated Solutions With A Short Implementation Time Are Preferred If They Meet The Hydraulic, Structural And Durability;6) Interference With The Stream Bed Should Be Limited And The Water Environment Protected During The Works;7) The Design Must Take Into Account The Technology Of Traffic Management Or Detour, Road Closure Time, Access Of Emergency Services And Pedestrian Safety.
