Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of Access Roads To Agricultural Land As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction And Modernization Of An Access Road To Agricultural Land, Within:• Nowy Glinik - Registration Plots No. 1311, 1344/1, 1345/1, 1348/1,• Potakówka - Registration Plot No. 55/1.The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With This Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), The Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Legal Regulations, Polish Standards And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Skills. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Bill Of Quantities Constituting The Annex To This Specification Of The Terms Of Order. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction, Preparatory And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Investment, In Accordance With The Procedure Documentation, Applicable Legal Provisions, Polish Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform All Works Necessary To Achieve The Investment Objective, Even If They Are Not Clearly Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities, But Are Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
