A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz). 3. The Ordering Party Envisages An On-Site Visit By The Contractors. 1) The Cost Of The On-Site Visit Is Borne By The Contractors Themselves. The Ordering Party Will Prepare A Report On The Inspection. Each Representative Of The Contractors Is Obliged To Sign The Protocol. 2) The On-Site Visit Is Only Used To Check And Assess The Actual Condition Of The Future Work Area, Including Identification Of The Existing Cabling. Questions Regarding Explanations Of Provisions In The Procurement Documents Will Only Be Asked In The Manner Indicated In The Swz. 3) The Site Visit Will Be Carried Out On August 8, 2026, At 08:00, At The Poznań Center For Specialized Medical Services (Al. Solidarności 36, 61-696 Poznań).4) A Person Representing The Company Or Having Written Authorization To Represent It May Take Part In The On-Site Visit. Persons Who Come For An On-Site Visit Are Required To Have An Identity Document With Them.5) The Ordering Party Informs That An On-Site Visit Is Obligatory To Submit An Offer. Offers From Contractors Who Do Not Complete An On-Site Visit Will Be Rejected In Accordance With Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18 Of The Public Procurement Law. Participation In The Visit Is Obligatory Because It Is Necessary Due To The Specific Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract.
