The Subject Of The Procedure And Order Is To Select A Contractor For Catering Services For Students Of The Boarding School At The Electrical And Mechanical School Complex. Gen. Józef Kustroń In Nowy Sącz. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Catering Service - A Full-Day Meal Package In The Form Of Breakfast, Lunch (1St Course And 2Nd Course), And Dinner For Young People Aged 14 - 22 Living During The School Year In The Boarding House At The Electrical And Mechanical School Complex. Gen. Józef Kustroń In Nowy Sącz. The Maximum Number Of People Benefiting From Meals Is 70 Residents Of The Dormitory Of The Electrical And Mechanical School Complex In Nowy Sącz, Aged 14 To 22. The Number Of Meals Prepared And Delivered Will Depend On: 1) The Current Number Of Residents Of The Dormitory Using Meals And 2) Their Current Attendance, In Accordance With The Information Provided To The Contractor By The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With Information About The Number Of People Using Meals And The Attendance Necessary To Determine The Number Of Food Packages For A Given Day (Or Other Agreed Period), In The Manner And Within The Dates Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. The Order Has Been Planned Into: 1) Basic Order (Guaranteed) - The Scope Of The Service That Will Certainly Be Provided And The Value Of Which Is The Value Of The Contract And The Offer Price. The Basic Order Covering 50% Of The Maximum Scope Of The Order Referred To Above (I.E. Corresponding To The Number Of Meals Corresponding To The Feeding Of A Maximum Of 35 Residents Of The Boarding House), And2) An Order Covered By The Option Right - Covering The Remaining 50% Of The Maximum Scope Of The Order, Corresponding To Increasing The Number Of Meals To A Maximum Of 70 Residents Of The Boarding House. The Basic Order Includes The Provision Of A Full-Day Meal Package (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) For The Number Of Residents Of The Boarding House Resulting From The Current Attendance, While Settlement Is Made For The Number Of Meals Actually Delivered, Assuming That The Basic Order Does Not Exceed 50% Of The Total, Maximum Scope Of The Order. The Service Should Be Provided In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Constitutes Appendix No. 4 To The Swz. The Terms Of The Order Execution Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute Appendix No. 3 To The Swz.
