1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Medical Equipment, I.E. Beds With Bedside Cabinets For The Needs Of Nowy Szpital W Nakło I Szubin Sp. Z O. O. (Facility In Szubin), In Accordance With Annex No. 1 To The Specification - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Along With The Terms Of The Quality And Service Guarantee. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of Brand New Hospital Beds With Bedside Cabinets To The Ordering Partys Premises, Including In Particular: Transport, Carrying To The Indicated Rooms, Unloading, Setting In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Assembly And Installation (If Required), Leveling, Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation, As Well As Handing Over Operating Instructions And Necessary Documentation In Polish. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of All Packaging And Waste Generated In Connection With The Delivery.
