The Subject Of The Order Is Co-Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver 1 Piece Of Backhoe Loader, Brand New, Complete, Free From Defects, Manufactured No Earlier Than In 2026. 1) Diesel Engine With A Capacity Of Min. 4.5L, With A Rated Power Of At Least 100 Hp, Meeting The Minimum Stage V Exhaust Emission Standard (Or Equivalent)2) Backhoe Loader Drive On Two Axles,3) Road Wheels With Front Tires: 20” 4) Road Wheels With Rear Tires: 26”5) Tilt Front Axle, Front Wheels Swivel6) Autoshift Gearbox Or Equivalent, Minimum 6 Forward And 4 Reverse Gears,7) Hydraulically Assisted Steering System. 8) The Equipment Should Meet Applicable Standards, Technical And Quality Parameters, Have The Necessary Approvals Or A Ce Certificate Of Conformity Or Equivalent. 9) Free Warranty Service During The Warranty Period (Including Inspections, Parts, Oils And Transport To The Location). The Contractor Must Confirm Compliance With The Minimum Technical And Operational Parameters By Completing Annex No. 1A To The Swz, Which Is An Attachment To The Offer; The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Ordering Partys Requirements Contained In The Order Documents And In Accordance With The Submitted Offer, In Particular With Due Care, Safety, Good Quality, Proper Organization And The Provisions Of The Concluded Contract.
