Deadline For The Event: September 29, 2026, With The Installation Of The Infrastructure Taking Place On The Day Before The Event And Dismantling After Its Completion. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To:1. Preparation Of The Technical And Spatial Concept Of Stand Development And Additional Elements, Including: 1) Preparation Of A Projection Of The Entire Exhibition Space With The Arrangement Of Exhibition Stands And Additional Elements, 2) Preparation Of Illustrative Visualizations Of Stand Development And Additional Elements, 3) Preparation Of Technical Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Development.2. Execution Of All Construction Elements,3. Making Prints/Prints Of Graphic Materials Provided By The Ordering Party, 4. Delivery Of All Elements To The Event Venue, 5. Assembly Of Stand Structures And Additional Elements,6. Ensuring All Elements Are Ready Before The Event Starts,7. Dismantling All Elements After The Event, 8. Tidying Up The Area After The Service Is Completed.
