Work Detail
The National Board Of Junji Kindergartens Calls And Encourages Families The Importance Of Girls And Boys Attending And Remaining In Our Nurseries, Kindergartens And Educational Programs. Currently, 45.3% Of Boys And Girls In Chile Between 2 And 4 Years Old Are Enrolled In Kindergarten, And Average Attendance Reaches Just 71.1% According To The 2025 Sdep, Despite An Increase In Attendance Of 8% After The Pandemic. Various Studies On The Assessment Of Early Childhood Education Establish That Greater Attendance Directly Affects Better Social Interaction And With The Environment At An Early Age. In Addition, It Is A Determining Factor In Performance In Basic And Secondary Education, A Decrease In School Dropouts, And Prospects For Greater Possibilities Of Continuing In Higher Education. On The Other Hand, A Girl Or Boy Who Attends Kindergarten Allows Their Responsible Adults To Access Employment. For Junji And Its Educational Teams, Families Are A Key Actor Since Their Commitment To Permanent Assistance At The Level Allows Girls And Boys To Have Access To Pedagogical Experiences That Are Fundamental For Their Development Processes And For Their Learning In The Classroom Through Free Play In Comprehensive And Totally Appropriate Educational Spaces.
