Tenders are invited for Development of the Shababeek Youth Leadership and Social Emotional Training Package. Service Location: Bethlehem, Remote Jobs Tender Description Shababeek is a leadership and psychosocial support program targeting youth between the ages of 20 and 30. The project aims to strengthen young peoples leadership capacities while supporting the development of the self, meaningful engagement in their communities, and the practice of community accompaniment. The program recognizes youth as active agents of change, resilience, and community transformation within their social and political realities. The consultancy will produce materials for 30 weekly two-hour sessions that are engaging, participatory, and practical, using drama, arts, movement, sports-based activities, play, storytelling, reflection, and creative group exercises. The materials should follow a 70% practice-based and 30% theoretical approach, ensuring that most learning takes place through direct participation, exercises, role play, group work, reflection, and applied practice. The training package should include two distinct but complementary components: A youth participant curriculum covering 30 weekly two-hour sessions, including session plans, PowerPoint presentations, resource materials, and pre- and post-training tools to assess impact and knowledge. A Training of Trainers manual that prepares future trainers to deliver the methodology safely, confidently, and consistently. The 30 sessions should follow four connected themes: personal growth and identity; youth leadership, life skills, and public speaking; social and emotional learning; and community engagement. ANAR seeks to engage a qualified Consultant to develop a culturally grounded, youth-friendly, and field-ready training package for Shababeek, including the youth curriculum, related coaching and mentoring tools, and a practical Training of Trainers manual.
