Aug 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Business & Economic Policy, Labor & Livelihoods Remuneration range: > 6000 (USD) Duration of Contract: 2.5 months Warchée is seeking a Social Business Consultant to support the development of a practical business plan for its emerging social enterprise model. The assignment will focus on producing a clear, usable business plan that helps Warchée assess the viability of its production and sales activities, including analysis of current sales figures generated since the launch of its social enterprise activities, full-cost accounting, pricing logic, revenue streams, and operational implications. The business plan is expected to address the core components outlined in the Scope of Work, including: analysis of the current social enterprise model; assessment of missionmarket tensions between Warchee and We; full-cost accounting; market and revenue stream assessment; and practical financial tools to support pricing, cost tracking, and decision-making. The total available budget for this assignment should not exceed USD 14,000. Warchée recognizes that this is an ambitious scope within a short timeline, and there is flexibility to discuss and refine the final scope based on the selected consultants expertise and proposed approach. Interested consultants are invited to submit a short technical proposal of no more than five pages, focusing on how they would approach the assignment, assess the current business and sales data, develop the full-cost accounting methodology, and work with Warchée during the inception phase to agree on the final structure and contents of the business plan. The technical proposal does not need to be treated as binding; rather, it should provide a clear basis for further discussion with shortlisted profiles.
