Keski-Uusimaas Educational Association (Keuda) Requests Your Offer For The Wireless Microphone System To Be Placed In The Kerava Hall In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And Its Attachments. The Object Of The Acquisition Is The Digital Wireless Microphone System Of The Kerava Hall, Which Will Gradually Replace The Non-Digital System Acquired In The 2010S. A Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With The Equipment Supplier, Within The Framework Of Which The Equipment Will Be Acquired In The Years 2026–2029, Always 4 Or 8 Channels At A Time. The Equipment Supplier Must Be Able To Provide Use Support, User Training And Maintenance Services For The Products It Offers Throughout The Contract Period. The Estimated Procurement Need For The Entire Contract Period Is 12-16 Receiver Channels And 20-28 Transmitters. The Procured System Consists Of Microphone Transmitters (Handheld & Bodypack), Receivers, Antennas And A Software Application To Be Installed On The Subscribers Computer. The Purchase Does Not Include Cables From The Receiver To The Stage Rack Of The Sound System. The Installation Is Carried Out By The Staff Of The Kerava Hall. The Tenderer Must Offer Expert Assistance To Perform The Installation Either Remotely Or On-Site. (Furthermore, The Tenderer Must Be Able To Provide Use Support, Training And Maintenance Services For The Products It Offers Throughout The Contract Period.)
