All Respondents To This Itb/Rfq Are Subject To Same Terms And Conditions Of The Mmsa 48400-410-000033618,Subsequent Awarded Contract, And The Invitation To Bid (Itb) / Request For Quote (Rfq) Form, And Are Cautioned To Completely Review The Entire Itb/Rfq And Follow Instructions Carefully.
