The Municipality Is Responsible For Carrying Out Wage Value Measurements For Citizens (Employees) Of The Hague Who Belong To The Potentially Work-Disabled Target Group. The Amount Of The Wage Cost Subsidy Is Calculated Based On The Wage Value Measurement. This Compensates The Employer For The Loss Of Work Performance And Enables Him To Contribute To An Inclusive Labor Market And A Sustainable Employment Relationship. The Implementation And Allocation Of Wage Value Measurements Is Done By The Social Affairs And Employment Department Within The The Hague Works Section. The Municipality Of The Hague Is Looking For One External Partner Who, As A Flexible Shell Around The Municipalitys Fixed Wage Value Experts, Is Able To Carry Out Approximately 1,170 High-Quality Wage Value Measurements On An Annual Basis - With Certified Wage Value Experts Registered In The Wage Value Register. This Is Done According To The Methodology Of Nationally Established Uniform Wage Value Measurement. The Municipality Wants To Collaborate With A Fixed Group Of Wage Value Experts Because This Not Only Benefits The Collaboration With The Municipalitys Wage Value Experts - But Also The Services Provided To Employers. The Municipality Of The Hague Works With The Wage Value Measuring System Of Competensys. The Contractor To Whom The Contract Will Be Awarded Will Have To Ensure That It Is Able To Work With The Wage Value Measuring System Of Competensys And The Possible Costs Associated With It. The Same Applies To Any Resulting Additional Training, Etc. The Contractor Will Carry Out Wage Value Measurements On Location And Work In The Clients Systems (Competensys). The Municipality Wants To Conclude An Agreement On The Basis Of A Result Obligation, To Complete The Performance Of Wage Value Measurements With The Optimal Result, I.E. Taking Into Account The Employment Situation As Much As Possible, For The Municipality Of The Hague. The Assignment Therefore Does Not Concern The Secondment Or Hiring Of Personnel.
