This Work Would Include The Scale Up Of Extraction Of Polar Lipids From Selected Species Of Fish Yielding The Highest Polar Lipid Concentration And Bioavailability, Encapsulation Of Such Lipid, And Organising A Postprandial Trial On Humans To Assess The Effectiveness Of The Polar Lipid Against Platelet Aggregation. In Addition, This Study Will Also Seek To Understand The Anti-Inflammatory Properties Of The Selected Polar Lipids On Neurological Cells. The Outputs Of This Research Could Potentially Yield Insights Into Future Research On Dietary Intervention Trials.
