Tenders Are Invited For House Of Culture And Clubs, Heating, Ventilation And Plumbing Work

The City Of Nieheim Is Planning The Conversion And Energy-Efficient Renovation Of The Nieheim Town Hall Into A “House Of Culture And Clubs”. This Project Is Funded By The Erdf Funding For Energy-Efficient Public Buildings And Urban Development Funding. The Measure Includes The Modernization Of The Existing Hall Areas Including The Stage, The Energy-Related Upgrade Of The Existing Building As Well As A Replacement New Building As A Solid Structure With Monolithic Masonry Made Of Perforated Bricks And Reinforced Concrete Ceilings. The Aim Is To Create A Sustainable, Multifunctional Cultural Event And Club Location, Taking Into Account The Functional, Technical, Energy And Fire Protection Requirements. A New Heat Supply Will Be Built In The Existing Town Hall Via A Cascade Of Two Air-Water Heat Pumps (Approx. 50 Kw) And A 1,000 Liter Buffer Storage Tank. Heating Takes Place Via A Newly Installed Wall Heating System. In Addition, A Supply And Exhaust Air System With A Rotary Heat Exchanger (Approx. 13,000 M³/H) Will Be Installed, The Air Ducts In The Attic Being Designed As A Visible Installation. The Existing Toilet Facilities Will Have A Hygienic Interval Flushing Device. A Separate Air-Water Heat Pump (Approx. 25 Kw) Will Be Integrated Into The Replacement New Building To Operate Underfloor Heating. The Ventilation Is Carried Out By Our Own Air Conditioning System With A Cross-Flow Heat Exchanger (Approx. 3,800 M³/H) And Pipe Routing In The Suspended Ceilings. The Sanitary Area Includes The Complete New Installation Of The Dirty And Drinking Water Systems (Stainless Steel Pipe), Decentralized Hot Water Preparation Via Instantaneous Water Heaters And The Barrier-Free Equipment Of The Toilet And Shower Rooms With Standardized Sanitary Ceramics And Floor Drains.
