Work Detail
The University Hospital Düsseldorf (Ukd) Operates An Automatic Trolley Transport System (Awt System) On Its Campus. During Awt Operating Hours, Special Electric Monorail Vehicles (Ehb-Fz) Are Used To Automatically Transport The Existing Stainless Steel Roll Containers In An Underground Channel To Over 130 Receiving Points. A Total Of 79 Ehb Vehicles Are Available In The Awt Facility For Transporting The Roll Containers. Some Of The Vehicle Fleet Is Already Equipped With The Latest Technology. A Further 9 Ems Vehicles Are To Be Modernized As Part Of A Retrofit Measure.
