The Subject Of The Public Procurement Consists In The Production, Branding And Delivery Of Representative Materials For The Participants Of The Annual Forum, As Well As For The Official Guests At The Ministerial Level. Ensuring The Representative Provision Of The Forum Is Part Of The Organization And Successful Conduct Of The International Event And Is Related To The Performance Of The Poets From The Republic Of Bulgaria As The Host. The Representative Packages Will Include Branded Advertising Materials And Products Representing The Bulgarian Identity And Traditions, In Accordance With The Protocol Practice For Organizing International Events. The Aim Is To Select A Contractor To Provide Advertising Materials For The Ministry Of Tourism And Tourism In Connection With The Representative Provision Of The 15Th Annual Forum Of The Eu Strategy For The Danube Region, As Well As For The Official Guests At The Ministerial Level.
